Planning your refrigeration solution
Design Freedom means planning refrigeration according to Patterns of Use rather than fixed conventions. Consider four key principles:
Sized for your space
Equipment that fits the openings you already have, so a fit-out doesn’t mean rebuilding the cabinetry behind the bar.
- Widths from 24-inch to 90-inch.
- Front-breathing for flush install.
- Right-sized capacity means lower running costs.
Tuned to what you store
Each collection is engineered for the way its product behaves, so the equipment protects the inventory you’ve already paid for.
- Floral coolers cut weekly write-off.
- Bakery cases keep frosting stable.
- Beverage coolers pull down fast.
Designed to be seen
For the equipment that customers actually look at, presentation drives the sale. The case is part of the merchandising.
- LED interiors show true color.
- Multi-pane glass stays clear, no fogging.
- Stainless or black-vinyl finishes.
Placed where work happens
Cold storage at the point of service, not across the room, so your team spends shifts moving product, not walking to it.
- Back bar coolers within arm’s reach.
- Prep tables under the cutting surface.
- Chef bases combine cold and cook.

Yes. Every PeakCold unit is engineered, tested, and warrantied for commercial environments: bars, bakeries, florists, restaurants, delis, cafés, markets, and c-stores. The equipment isn’t designed for residential installation, and warranty coverage doesn’t extend to home use.
